Job Title: Data Reporting Specialist
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making processes within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Identify data trends and anomalies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide timely and accurate reports.
- Develop and implement data quality measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot data issues and provide solutions to enhance data reporting processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely reports.
