About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective learning solutions that align with our organization's goals and objectives. As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. You will use your expertise in instructional design, e-learning development, and project management to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning solutions that meet the needs of our target audience and align with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and gather requirements from subject matter experts to determine the scope and objectives of each learning project.
• Develop clear and measurable learning objectives and create instructional strategies that support the achievement of these objectives.
• Utilize various instructional design methodologies and techniques to design and develop online and blended learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to develop visually appealing and interactive learning materials.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of learning materials to ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, and effective in meeting the learning objectives.
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development to enhance the effectiveness of our learning solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to subject matter experts and stakeholders during the development and implementation of learning programs.
• Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback from learners to make necessary revisions and improvements to the learning materials.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies, adult learning theories, and learning technologies.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience in developing responsive and accessible e-learning courses.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
