Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement education programs in line with our organization's mission and goals
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging and effective curriculum
Manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of funds
Monitor program progress and evaluate the effectiveness of programs through data analysis and feedback from participants
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our education programs
Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
Coordinate logistics for program events and activities, including scheduling, facilities, and materials
Communicate program updates and outcomes to stakeholders through various channels
Continuously research and stay updated on education trends and best practices to enhance our programs
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an education setting
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
Experience in curriculum development and implementation
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation
Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
