Position: Hotel Operations Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency. As a Hotel Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train hotel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
• Monitor and maintain hotel operations to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
• Oversee and manage the budget and expenses for the hotel, including staffing, supplies, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service
• Evaluate and improve operational processes to streamline efficiency and reduce costs
• Identify and address any staffing or training needs to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the hotel's operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed
