About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Production Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Video Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from concept development to final delivery. You will collaborate with various teams, including creative, marketing, and production, to ensure the successful execution of video projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: - Develop project timelines and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of all video projects
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all project requirements are met
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the production process

Concept Development:

• Collaborate with creative team to develop video concepts that align with the company's brand and marketing goals
• Review scripts and storyboards to ensure they meet project objectives and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production to bring fresh ideas to the table

Production:

• Oversee all aspects of production, including location scouting, casting, and hiring of crew members
• Conduct pre-production meetings to ensure all team members are aligned on the vision and goals of the project
• Manage production shoots and provide direction to ensure the desired outcome is achieved

Post-Production:

• Review and provide feedback on rough cuts to ensure they align with the project's objectives and brand standards
• Collaborate with post-production team to ensure all edits, sound, and visual effects are completed to the highest quality
• Finalize all video projects and prepare for delivery to appropriate channels

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and production assistants to ensure high-quality work and a positive work environment
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of projects
• Provide performance evaluations and ongoing training to help team members develop their skills and reach their full potential

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in video production, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in video production
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Strong leadership and team management skills
