Job Overview: As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our luxury jewelry products. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, while also promoting our brand and products to potential customers. This position requires a strong sales background, a passion for luxury jewelry, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry piece to fit their needs and style
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and selling our luxury jewelry products

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry
• Passion for luxury jewelry and knowledge of current fashion trends
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
