Position: Education Program Coordinator

Location: Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our education programs. This includes managing program logistics, developing curriculum, and collaborating with educators and stakeholders to ensure the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with educators, community leaders, and stakeholders to identify program needs and develop curriculum
• Coordinate program logistics such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Recruit, train, and manage program staff and volunteers
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to expand program reach
• Coordinate program marketing and promotion efforts to attract participants and reach program goals
• Maintain program records and prepare reports for management and funders
• Stay current with industry trends and research to continuously improve program offerings
• Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts to support program sustainability and growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or related field
• Experience in developing and implementing education programs
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management software
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
