Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Offshoring Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and coordinating the offshoring activities of our company. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for offshoring and ensure its successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management, with a deep understanding of offshoring strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for offshoring
• Develop and maintain a detailed offshoring plan, including timelines, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate with department heads to identify offshoring needs and align them with business goals
• Research and evaluate potential offshore partners and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless offshoring operations
• Monitor and track offshoring performance, identify and resolve any issues that may arise
• Develop and maintain relationships with offshore partners, ensuring a high level of service and quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in offshoring
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the progress of offshoring initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance offshoring effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis and project management
• Experience in offshoring strategies and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong negotiation and Contract management skills
• Familiarity with offshore locations and cultural differences
• Willingness to travel as needed
