Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for clients, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
Configure and troubleshoot network devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their business needs.
Monitor network performance and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
Perform network upgrades and migrations as needed to keep up with the latest technologies and meet client requirements.
Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Implement and enforce network security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
Conduct regular network audits to identify vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvements.
Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting network-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technologies to continually improve our services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Experience with network equipment from leading vendors, such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex network architectures.
Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA, are a plus.
