About the Role: As a Clothing Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process of clothing items, ensuring that they are produced with high quality standards and within the given timeframe. You will work closely with the production team, suppliers, and designers to ensure that all aspects of the manufacturing process are carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of clothing items from start to finish, ensuring that they meet the desired quality standards and are produced within the given timeframe.
• Collaborate with designers to understand the product specifications, including fabric, color, and style, and provide feedback on the feasibility of production.
• Source and collaborate with suppliers to procure high-quality materials at the best possible price, while maintaining a good working relationship.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all production targets are met.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular quality control checks on the production line to ensure that all garments meet the required standards.
• Train and supervise production staff, ensuring that they are following the correct procedures and producing high-quality garments.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials and finished products are always available to meet production demands.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements, and implement them into the production process to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand customer demands and trends, and adjust production accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clothing manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements in clothing manufacturing.
• Familiarity with production planning and inventory management systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, if required.
