Job Title: Global Outsourcing Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Outsourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Global Outsourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the outsourcing process for our company on a global scale. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of international business practices and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a global outsourcing strategy in line with the company's objectives and goals
• Identify potential outsourcing opportunities and conduct market research to evaluate the feasibility and potential risks
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their outsourcing needs and requirements
• Source, evaluate, and select potential outsourcing vendors based on their capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with outsourcing vendors to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company
• Monitor and track the performance of outsourcing vendors, ensuring they adhere to agreed-upon SLAs and deliverables
• Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the outsourcing process and work towards finding timely and effective solutions
• Keep updated on global outsourcing trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve the outsourcing process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outsourcing vendors to ensure a smooth and successful partnership
• Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding the status and progress of outsourcing projects
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of outsourcing projects and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global outsourcing, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong understanding of international business practices and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing and overseeing outsourcing projects on a global scale
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in project management, Contract negotiation, and vendor management
• In-depth knowledge of cost-benefit analysis and financial management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Willingness to travel internationally when necessary
