Fusion Beacon College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of all educational programs within the organization. This includes coordinating with teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure that our educational programs are aligned with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage educational programs, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and learning objectives.
• Coordinate with administrators to ensure that educational programs are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of teachers and staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality education.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations to enhance the educational experience for our students.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote educational programs and attract new students.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in education, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in education, preferably in a coordinator or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, teaching methods, and educational technology.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of teachers, staff, and administrators.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using educational software and learning management systems.
