International Frontier Institute is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Education Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an International Education Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to support our organization's international education initiatives. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the success of our international education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to promote our organization's international education initiatives, including study abroad programs, international student recruitment, and partnerships with foreign universities.
• Collaborate with various departments to create and execute marketing plans and materials to promote international education opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential target countries and develop strategies to expand our organization's global reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with international partners and universities to facilitate student exchanges, joint programs, and other international education initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for international students, providing guidance and assistance with admissions, immigration, and other related matters.
• Plan and coordinate events and activities to promote cultural exchange and enhance the international student experience.
• Monitor trends and changes in international education policies and regulations and provide recommendations for adjustment to our organization's programs and policies.
• Develop and manage budgets for international education initiatives and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide training and support for staff and faculty involved in international education programs.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to review and evaluate international student applications and make recommendations for admission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Education, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international education, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Knowledge of international education policies, regulations, and trends.
• Familiarity with marketing and recruitment strategies for international students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working with international students and knowledge of immigration processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
