Job Title: Bollywood Tech Institute - Curriculum Developer

As a Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for creating and refining our course materials to ensure that our students receive the most up-to-date and relevant education in the field of Bollywood technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design course materials for various Bollywood technology courses, including but not limited to video editing, sound engineering, VFX, and animation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors to understand course objectives and create engaging and interactive learning materials that align with those objectives.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field of Bollywood technology to ensure that our courses are relevant and up-to-date.
• Utilize various instructional design methods and techniques to create effective and engaging learning experiences for students.
• Ensure that all course materials are well-structured, visually appealing, and accessible to a diverse group of learners.
• Continuously review and improve existing course materials to keep them current and relevant.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for our courses.
• Provide support to instructors and students as needed, including answering questions and providing feedback on course materials.
• Collaborate with the technology team to ensure that all course materials are compatible with our online learning platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in curriculum development, preferably in the field of technology or entertainment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Bollywood technology and its various aspects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with video editing and graphic design is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest advancements in technology and entertainment.
