Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of students. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing our education programs, from planning and development to execution and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Education Program Manager to develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote program participation and support
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
• Plan and facilitate program events, workshops, and activities
• Monitor program progress and evaluate effectiveness through data collection and analysis
• Create and maintain program materials, such as curriculum, handouts, and assessments
• Participate in meetings and conferences to share program updates and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education to continuously improve program offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or education
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of program planning, implementation, and evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with education standards and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Experience working with diverse populations and ability to create inclusive environments
• Passion for education and commitment to making a positive impact in the community
