Position: Broker Associate

The Broker Associate will play a crucial role in our company's success by assisting clients with their real estate needs. This individual will work closely with our team of brokers to provide exceptional customer service and help clients navigate through the complex process of buying or selling a property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate goals and needs
• Act as a liaison between clients and brokers, ensuring effective communication and timely updates
• Assist clients in identifying potential properties that meet their criteria and arrange property viewings
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on current real estate trends and prices
• Prepare and present comparative market analysis to help clients make informed decisions
• Collaborate with brokers to draft and negotiate purchase agreements and other legal documents
• Coordinate and attend property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction
• Utilize various marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
• Attend networking events to expand professional network and generate new business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry regulations
• Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM systems, and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid real estate license in the state of Comayagua, Honduras
