Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all outsourcing vendors, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential outsourcing vendors and evaluate their capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors, ensuring the best value for our company.
• Monitor vendor performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine outsourcing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain a database of all outsourcing Contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and vendor management.
• Regularly report on outsourcing activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outsourcing and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.
