Job Title: AWS Cloud Architect

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Architect to join our dynamic and growing team. As an AWS Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's cloud infrastructure on the AWS platform. You will work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to ensure the scalability, availability, and security of our cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect our company's cloud infrastructure on the AWS platform, including compute, storage, networking, and security components
• Work closely with development teams to understand application requirements and provide solutions that meet performance, availability, and security needs
• Ensure high availability and scalability of our cloud-based applications by implementing appropriate AWS services, such as Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancing, and AWS Lambda
• Implement and maintain security measures on the cloud platform, including IAM policies, encryption, and network security
• Monitor and troubleshoot the performance and availability of our cloud infrastructure, and provide recommendations for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features, and provide guidance on how to leverage them to improve our cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with operations teams to automate deployment and management of cloud resources using infrastructure as code tools, such as CloudFormation and Terraform
• Develop and maintain documentation related to our company's cloud infrastructure, including architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure on the AWS platform
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as CloudFormation or Terraform
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools, such as Ansible or Chef
• In-depth knowledge of networking and security concepts in the cloud, including VPC, security groups, and encryption
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
