Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Educational Program Manager to oversee and implement educational programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing successful educational programs. As the Educational Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing various educational initiatives that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement educational strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
• Manage all aspects of educational programs, including curriculum development, program design, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, students, parents, and community partners.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of educators and support staff to ensure the successful delivery of educational programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with goals.
• Develop and manage program budgets, including identifying potential funding sources and writing grant proposals.
• Coordinate and facilitate professional development opportunities for educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay current on educational trends, research, and best practices to inform program development and implementation.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote educational programs and increase community awareness and involvement.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with other educational institutions and organizations to enhance program offerings and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing educational programs, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating successful educational initiatives.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current educational trends, research, and best practices.
• Experience in budget management and grant writing.
