About the role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering visually appealing and effective designs for our clients. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring that our design standards are consistently met across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative concepts for various projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, digital assets, and print collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and requirements
• Create design mockups and present them to clients for approval
• Use design software and tools to produce high-quality designs
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts
• Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in design across all platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within tight deadlines
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers when needed
• Stay organized and maintain files and assets for future reference and use

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Excellent visual and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior designers is a plus
