Position: Security Technical Lead

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Security Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of the company's security measures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of our systems, data, and assets from potential cyber attacks and threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of security processes, procedures, and controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend necessary remediation actions.
• Monitor and analyze security systems and logs to identify and respond to potential threats.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to continuously improve our security posture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development and deployment processes.
• Lead incident response efforts in the event of a security breach or incident, including containment, investigation, and remediation.
• Mentor and train junior security team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Extensive knowledge of security principles, standards, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
• Strong understanding of network and system security, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other security technologies.
• Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and penetration testing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading incident response efforts and managing security incidents.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred.
