Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing curriculum for our educational programs. In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and evaluate current educational trends, needs, and standards to inform the development of curriculum
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, content, and assessment methods
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and supplementary resources
• Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Incorporate technology and multimedia tools to enhance learning and facilitate knowledge retention
• Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback to refine and improve curriculum materials
• Ensure alignment of curriculum with learning objectives and standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of curriculum development and revisions
• Stay informed about advancements in education, curriculum development, and instructional design to continually enhance curriculum offerings
• Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum across multiple educational programs
• Train and support instructors on curriculum implementation and best practices for teaching the materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and best practices
• Proficient in using technology and multimedia tools to enhance learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for education and a desire to create innovative and effective learning experiences
