About the Role: We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Assembly Line Workers to join our team at DiverseMakers. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will play a crucial role in our production process by assembling various components to create finished products. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and dedication to quality will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly line tasks, such as picking, packing, and labeling, in a timely and efficient manner
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure the correct components are being used
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble parts and products according to specifications
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Operate and maintain assembly line equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and report any malfunctions to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Collaborate with team members, including engineers and quality control specialists, to identify and implement process improvements
• Meet production targets and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Keep detailed records of production and inventory levels

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working on an assembly line is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Basic computer skills and ability to use production software
