Position: Flight Attendant

Job Description: We are seeking individuals with a passion for customer service and a love for travel to join our team as Flight Attendants. As a Flight Attendant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome passengers upon their arrival on board, assist with their seating arrangements and stow their carry-on luggage
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety instructions to passengers
• Ensure the cabin is clean and well-stocked with food, beverages, and other amenities
• Monitor the cabin during the flight for any safety hazards or passenger needs
• Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers according to their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Handle any in-flight emergencies or disruptions calmly and efficiently
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or individuals with disabilities
• Build rapport with passengers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight
• Complete all necessary paperwork and reports for each flight

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time
• Must meet height and weight requirements set by the airline
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, additional language skills are a plus
• Must be willing to relocate and/or travel for work assignments
