Position: Leisure and Hospitality Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Leisure and Hospitality Manager. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our leisure and hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability in the leisure and hospitality department
• Create and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our leisure and hospitality offerings
• Manage the department budget and ensure expenses are within approved limits
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees, ensuring they provide exceptional service to customers
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all leisure and hospitality facilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the leisure and hospitality industry

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
