Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and implementing high-quality curriculum materials for various educational programs. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, as well as the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to develop engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design curriculum materials for a variety of educational programs, including online courses, in-person workshops, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to identify learning objectives, course content, and instructional strategies.
• Utilize various instructional design methodologies and tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Evaluate and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure they align with program goals and objectives.
• Work closely with graphic designers and media specialists to incorporate multimedia elements into curriculum materials.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all curriculum materials are accurate, up-to-date, and error-free.
• Provide support and guidance to instructors and facilitators on how to effectively implement curriculum materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new educational programs.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for internal curriculum development processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and educators to develop curriculum materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using eLearning authoring tools, multimedia software, and other instructional design tools.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and online learning platforms.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
