Title: Supply Chain Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to our customers. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of products and materials
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze demand patterns to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize excess inventory
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to forecast demand and plan production accordingly
• Continuously review and improve supply chain processes, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the sourcing and procurement of materials
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and supplier performance, to senior management
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing mentorship, coaching, and training as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning
• Proven track record of successfully implementing supply chain strategies and driving process improvements
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems
