About the Role: We are seeking a creative and passionate Stylist to join our team. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing fashion guidance, creating unique looks, and enhancing our clients' personal styles. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals, from everyday clients to celebrities and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their fashion needs, personal style, and budget
• Provide fashion advice and recommendations based on current trends, body type, and occasion
• Create unique and visually appealing outfits for clients, taking into consideration their preferences and feedback
• Collaborate with photographers, makeup artists, and other professionals to execute fashion shoots and events
• Source and select clothing, accessories, and props for photoshoots and events
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and keep up-to-date with industry developments
• Build and maintain relationships with designers and fashion brands to expand our styling options
• Manage and organize wardrobe and inventory, ensuring all items are in good condition and accurately tracked
• Conduct fittings and alterations to ensure the perfect fit for clients
• Stay updated on the latest fashion and beauty products, and make recommendations to clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
• Continuously work towards achieving sales goals and targets
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Stylist or similar role
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work and styling skills
• In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and designers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and cater to different body types, styles, and budgets
• Strong fashion sense and creative mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in using styling tools and software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• A degree or certification in fashion design, styling, or a related field is preferred.
