Key Responsibilities:

Gather and track data from a variety of sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
Develop and maintain data tracking processes and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Conduct regular data quality checks and make necessary corrections or updates
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and present findings to management
Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data tracking and analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data tracking and analysis
Proficient in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
Strong understanding of data structures, data warehousing, and data visualization techniques
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot trends and patterns in data
Proven ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data manipulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R, is a plus
