About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Manager to join our team. As the Academic Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs. You will work closely with faculty members, students, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our academic programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with faculty members to design curriculum and course materials.
• Ensure that academic programs meet accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and manage budgets for academic programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management.

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
