Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building lasting relationships and providing a positive shopping experience
Provide expert beauty advice and product recommendations to meet the specific needs and preferences of each customer
Demonstrate and promote our beauty products, educating customers on features, benefits, and usage
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to effectively advise customers and keep them informed
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including product displays, inventory, and stock levels
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products, as well as upselling and cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and customer service goals
Attend and participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education; Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry
Passion for and knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with customers
Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in using technology and POS systems
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
