Position Overview: As the Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum across all grade levels. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure that our curriculum meets the academic needs of our students and aligns with our educational vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to develop and revise curriculum maps, unit plans, and lesson plans in line with the school's educational goals
• Conduct curriculum audits to identify areas of improvement and make necessary recommendations
• Ensure that the curriculum is aligned with state standards and meets accreditation requirements
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through student assessments, teacher feedback, and other data-driven measures
• Work closely with teachers to provide professional development opportunities and resources to support effective curriculum implementation
• Keep abreast of the latest educational trends, research, and best practices to continuously enhance the curriculum and teaching methods
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistency and coherence in curriculum delivery across all subjects and grade levels
• Analyze student performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve curriculum and instruction
• Communicate with parents and other stakeholders about curriculum updates and changes
• Manage curriculum budget and ensure that curriculum materials and resources are up-to-date and accessible to teachers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development and coordination
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design principles, educational trends, and best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Proficient in data analysis and using data to inform decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with state standards and accreditation requirements
• Experience in providing professional development and coaching to teachers
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
