This role is crucial to the success of our company, as the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations.As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in our supply chain. You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products while maintaining high quality standards. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining our company's competitive edge and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and prices.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and products to meet production schedules.
• Conduct regular audits to assess supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
