Position: ML Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning algorithms and models that drive our cutting-edge products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions. You will also be responsible for evaluating and improving existing ML models to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain machine learning algorithms and models
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Develop data pipelines and data processing techniques to support ML models
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest ML techniques and tools
• Evaluate and improve existing ML models to ensure their accuracy and efficiency
• Debug and troubleshoot issues with ML models in production
• Communicate complex ML concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing ML models and algorithms
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as regression, classification, and clustering
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Pandas, or other tools
• Familiarity with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-Learn
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
