Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring all programs are delivered within budget and on time.
Lead the planning and implementation of new programs, from concept to launch.
Develop program goals, objectives, and strategies in collaboration with the executive team.
Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
Oversee program evaluations and utilize data to make informed decisions about program improvements.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with program partners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure program alignment and integration.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure program quality and compliance.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to program staff, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to succeed.
Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth and expansion.
Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote our programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit or community-based organization.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
Knowledge of program evaluation techniques and data analysis.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
