Job Title: E-Learning Curriculum Coordinator

Position Overview: As an E-Learning Curriculum Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing high-quality online educational programs for our organization. You will work closely with the instructional design team to create engaging and effective courses that align with our learning objectives and meet the needs of our learners. You will also be responsible for managing the entire curriculum development process, from initial planning to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine learning objectives, content, and assessments for online courses.
• Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning materials, including videos, animations, quizzes, and simulations.
• Create storyboards and scripts for online courses, ensuring they are well-structured and meet instructional design best practices.
• Work closely with the multimedia team to produce high-quality visual and audio components for e-learning courses.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that all course materials are error-free, meet design specifications, and are accessible to all learners.
• Research and integrate new technologies and instructional strategies to enhance the effectiveness of e-learning courses.
• Manage the project timeline and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality e-learning courses.
• Collaborate with the learning management system (LMS) team to upload and test courses on the LMS platform.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning courses and make recommendations for improvement.
• Train and support instructors and facilitators in the delivery of online courses.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in e-learning and instructional design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or e-learning.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, theories, and best practices.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Proficient in using multimedia software and tools, such as Photoshop, Audacity, or Adobe Premiere.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and their functionalities.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
