Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their data storage needs and requirements
Design and develop data storage solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices
Conduct thorough assessments of client's current data storage systems and make recommendations for improvements
Create detailed architecture diagrams and documentation for data storage solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data storage solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data storage technologies and make recommendations for implementation
Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation and maintenance of data storage solutions
Conduct regular performance evaluations and make necessary adjustments to optimize data storage systems
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to data storage solutions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Train and mentor junior team members on data storage architecture and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Storage Solution Architect
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data storage solutions
In-depth knowledge of data storage technologies such as SAN, NAS, object storage, and cloud storage
Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements
Experience with data migration, replication, and disaster recovery strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, EMC Proven Professional, etc.) are a plus
