Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Merchandiser to join our team. As an Online Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the online product catalog and optimizing the customer's online shopping experience. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales through effective merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, and pricing information
• Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for merchandising optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely product launches and promotions
• Conduct regular site audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of product information
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the inventory management team to ensure product availability
• Conduct A/B testing and make data-driven decisions to improve the customer's online shopping experience
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new merchandising opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and visually appealing product displays and promotions
• Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for product listings and promotions
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, site traffic, and other key metrics to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems
• Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies
• Proven track record of successfully driving sales through effective merchandising strategies
