Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their skincare and beauty needs and concerns
Provide personalized recommendations on skincare and beauty products and treatments based on clients' skin type, condition, and desired results
Perform a variety of skincare and beauty treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced treatments
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and techniques to maintain healthy and glowing skin
Stay updated with the latest skincare and beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide the best services to our clients
Build and maintain a strong client base and establish long-term relationships with them
Meet sales targets by promoting and selling skincare and beauty products to clients
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with other team members and share knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services
Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the skincare and beauty industry

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in skincare and beauty treatments is a plus
Proven work experience as a Skincare and Beauty Specialist or similar role
In-depth knowledge of skincare and beauty products, treatments, and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Strong sales skills and the ability to promote and sell products and services effectively
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results to clients
Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per clients' needs
Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines in the skincare and beauty industry
