Position: Curriculum Development Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs that align with the company's objectives and goals. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to develop engaging and effective curriculum content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain curriculum materials for various educational programs, including online courses, workshops, and training materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify current trends and best practices in curriculum development.
• Design and implement instructional strategies that align with learning objectives and engage learners.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods, such as lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities, to enhance the learning experience.
• Create assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments.
• Continuously update and improve existing curriculum to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry developments and incorporate new technologies and techniques into curriculum development.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and other team members to develop multimedia materials that support the curriculum.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of curriculum materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective educational programs.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and multimedia tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
