About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging & Containers Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging design, materials science, and engineering principles. As a Packaging & Containers Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing packaging solutions for our products while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop packaging solutions that meet product specifications and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product needs and perform packaging feasibility studies.
• Research and analyze packaging materials, processes, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Design and create prototypes to test and validate packaging designs.
• Conduct packaging performance testing to ensure durability, compatibility, and functionality.
• Utilize CAD software to create 3D models and technical drawings of packaging designs.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on packaging designs, testing results, and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in packaging technology.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate packaging materials and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in packaging design, development, and testing.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and technologies.
• Proficient in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to packaging and containers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
• Willingness to travel for supplier visits and attend industry conferences.
