Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data solutions.
• Design and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data lakes to store and organize large volumes of data.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data quality standards.
• Monitor data integrity and perform data cleansing and validation to ensure high-quality data.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Conduct data analysis and present insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Data Management Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of database management systems, data governance, and data quality.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Familiarity with data modeling and data architecture.
