Job Title: Curriculum Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum materials and programs. You will work closely with our instructional team to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with our educational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum design and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum materials and programs for various educational levels and subject areas
• Collaborate with instructional team to ensure alignment of curriculum with educational goals and standards
• Conduct research and stay updated on current trends and best practices in curriculum design and delivery
• Evaluate and assess curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and feedback from instructors and students
• Identify areas for improvement and make necessary revisions to curriculum materials
• Train and support instructors on effective use of curriculum materials and instructional strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational partners and stakeholders
• Participate in curriculum review and development meetings and provide input and recommendations
• Ensure adherence to copyright and intellectual property laws in all curriculum materials and programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum design and development
• Strong knowledge of educational theories, instructional strategies, and best practices
• Experience working with diverse student populations and curriculum needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and curriculum design software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Passion for education and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
