Job Description: As a VIP Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and luxurious experience for our VIP guests. You will be the first point of contact for our VIP clientele and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome VIP guests upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and special throughout their visit
• Build strong relationships with VIP guests and maintain regular communication to anticipate their needs and requests
• Manage VIP reservations and ensure all arrangements are in place prior to their arrival
• Coordinate with various departments such as concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping to ensure seamless and personalized services for VIP guests
• Assist VIP guests with any special requests or inquiries and handle any complaints or issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Plan and execute VIP events, parties, and special promotions to enhance the overall VIP experience
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and facilities to provide accurate information and recommendations to VIP guests
• Ensure VIP lounges and areas are well-maintained, clean, and stocked with amenities at all times
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain VIP guests
• Keep track of VIP guest preferences and create personalized profiles to enhance their future visits
• Maintain the confidentiality of VIP guests' information and ensure their privacy is respected at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with VIP guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and requests simultaneously
• Proven ability to maintain a professional and polished demeanor in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of different cultures and customs to effectively cater to the needs of international VIP guests
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of VIP guests
