Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for automation.
Design and develop automated solutions using various tools and technologies.
Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely execution of automation projects.
Conduct thorough testing of automation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation of automation solutions.
Provide training and support to clients on using the automated systems.
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of automated processes, making necessary improvements and adjustments.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to bring new ideas and solutions to the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems.
Document all processes and procedures related to automation projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, programming, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of automation tools and languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Proven experience in project management, including creating project plans and meeting deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of business processes and workflows is a plus.
