Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and interactive web design courses to students of various skill levels.

Create lesson plans, assignments, and projects that align with industry standards and current web design trends.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and achieve their learning objectives.

Stay updated with the latest web design technologies, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Mentor and support students in their projects and help them troubleshoot any technical issues.

Collaborate with other instructors and team members to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methods.

Conduct assessments and evaluations to track student progress and provide recommendations for improvement.

Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Act as a role model for students by demonstrating professionalism, strong work ethics, and a passion for web design.

Participate in department meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design, preferably in a professional setting.

Strong knowledge of web design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience design.

Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and mentor students.

A portfolio showcasing your web design projects and demonstrating your skills and expertise.

Experience in teaching or training is a plus.

Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry developments and trends.
