You will work closely with the marketing and retail teams to ensure that our stores are visually appealing and attract our target audience. Your creative vision, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills will play a vital role in enhancing our brand's overall aesthetic.Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's image and drive sales.
• Create attractive and eye-catching displays that showcase our products and engage our customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual merchandising campaigns that support product launches and promotions.
• Plan and execute store layout and product placement to maximize sales and improve the overall shopping experience.
• Train and supervise the visual merchandising team to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the brand's visual standards and guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards across all store locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's visual merchandising strategies to continuously improve our own displays.
• Work closely with the retail team to ensure that merchandise is replenished, organized, and displayed according to brand standards.
• Manage the budget for visual merchandising materials and supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively train and supervise a team.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other visual merchandising software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
• Ability to travel to various store locations as needed.
