Job Title: Education Outreach Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Education Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Education Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and expanding our educational programs to a wider audience. You will have the opportunity to work closely with schools, community organizations, and other key stakeholders to raise awareness and increase participation in our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote our educational programs to schools, students, and community organizations
• Build relationships with schools and community organizations to understand their needs and align our programs accordingly
• Organize and conduct informational sessions, presentations, and workshops to educate potential participants about our programs
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling outreach materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts
• Attend educational conferences, fairs, and events to represent our organization and network with potential partners and participants
• Coordinate with program managers to ensure smooth implementation of educational initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and participant data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in outreach, recruitment, or marketing, preferably in the education sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse audiences
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Knowledge of different outreach and marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and event planning
• Experience working with schools and/or community organizations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to meet targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for education and a strong belief in the power of education to transform lives
