Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, ensuring products are displayed according to company standards.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize losses due to theft or damage.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant legal and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations.
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
