Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and engaging learning materials for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, a passion for creating effective learning experiences, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design high-quality learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand learning needs and objectives and translate them into effective learning solutions.
• Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices to design and develop engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Leverage a variety of instructional methods and media, including graphics, videos, animations, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to identify learning gaps and measure the effectiveness of learning materials.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and learning technologies to continuously improve learning solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality learning materials on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices.
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Experience with learning management systems and instructional design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning materials.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
